Well, Xmas Eve is upon us, my sister Gabrielle (nicknamed Tosh) is staying with me and we've shopped til we dropped. What is left? Well we pick up the Turkey from Grasmere Farm shop on Church Road, Hove with extra chipolatas and pigs in blankets, yum. Baby is sitting at my feet, no nappy and a snotty nose, and wants attention. I should get him dressed. We might go to the St andrew's Old Chruch crib service at 4pm today, I love the carol singing. oooh and today at 4 there is the Cambridge , Kings College choir singing the classical hymns. I'm an old granny at heart. My Sis and I did manage a night out this week. Unfortuntaely the Lion and Lobster (my fave pre baby) was filled to the rafters with football fans and flat screens on every floor ! We made our way back along Western Road int eh extremely mild weather and had a drink with friends at the Wick which was delightfully xmassy with candles and tables to sit at even !
Baby is actually trying feed off me as I write, I'm so done with breastfeeding ! Attempting to wean him to the bottle is proving difficult. Any tips welcome. Prezzies wrapped and all that's left is for dinner to be prepped and cooked , I"ve got three cooks for lunch tomorrow so no cooking for me, yes! Then in the new year we're off to Los Angeles and Miami !! Yess Bring on 2012.
